
Crab linguine

Ingredients
- 150g linguine
- 1 clove garlic, finely sliced
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
- 1 shallot, finely sliced
- olive oil
- 1 dressed crab, or half and half brown and white crab meat about 100g
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- a handful tarragon, chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Cook the linguine and drain. Meanwhile, fry the garlic, chilli and shallots in 3 tbsp olive oil until soft without adding colour. Add the brown crab meat and cook for a minute. Add the drained linguine and 2-3 tbsp of the cooking water and toss.
- STEP 2
Take off the heat and add the lemon zest, juice, white crab and tarragon, and season. Toss again and serve.
